The Journey beyond Enlightenment by Stuart Wilde invites you to take a ride to a spiritual terrain unknown by many, save for the most thrill-loving adventurous seekers. In a nutshell, this book introduces you to what Stuart calls the mirror world. The mirror world is a hyperdimensional reality that goes past the constraints and limits of intellect, space, and time. Sounds exciting? Hop on!

This book makes use of guidelines, mechanisms, and exercises to enable you to enter the mirror world and help you navigate your way through its unknown territory. As you go along The Journey beyond Enlightenment by Stuart Wilde, here are some things you will discover:

• How to turn the collective unconscious into a physical dimension you can truly travel to, explore, and inhabit
• When the best time is for viewing the mirror world
• The bodily and physical sensations indicating your engagement with the mirror world
• How the traditional ways of striving for enlightenment are actually keeping you away from attaining it
• An astonishing research of the biophysical that supports the reality of the etheric field
• How to make yourself invulnerable to evil, dark energies
• And many, many more

The Journey beyond Enlightenment by Stuart Wilde fearlessly tackles the concepts, subjects, and planes of consciousness that spiritual teachers do not even dare consider. Keep in mind that this journey is nothing like your traditional, run-of-the-mill spiritual journeys, so you may be in for some shock and surprise. But hear Stuart out, and open your mind. When you do, brace yourself for a fantastic journey to a destination that is nothing like you have ever imagined in your entire life.

Stuart is considered one of the leading-edge spiritual teachers and thinkers in these present times. Therefore, you are assured you are under capable hands. Stuart has had a loyal string of followers. This includes esteemed spiritual leaders themselves, Dr. Deepak Chopra and Dr. Wayne Dyer. The Journey beyond Enlightenment by Stuart Wilde is solid proof of the man’s brilliance, charisma, and incredible ability to communicate the most complex spiritual concepts into completely basic and understandable terms. Stuart has been a tireless spiritual warrior for more than twenty years now, and he shows no sign of stopping in his quest to reach every corner of the unexplored spiritual world.

If you have been looking for something gritty, something unconventional to fire up your spiritual journey, perhaps you might want to get a copy of this book. Aside from the precious gems of knowledge this book provides, it is also written in simple terms and sentences to make you grasp its key concepts faster and better. The Journey beyond Enlightenment by Stuart Wilde is also stuffed with recommended dietary changes to better aid you in your spiritual journey. However, it is highly advised that you consult first with your healthcare provider before taking on the dietary changes mentioned.

Open your mind, and see the spiritual world as you have never seen it before. Prepare to journey beyond, and be thoroughly enlightened!

“The whole universe operates from energy that is ascending and descending.” Ascending and descending energy is something we can physically feel when it is happening and it happens many times throughout our day, every day. We can test this by intentionally thinking thoughts that raise our energy. Right now, pause from reading this and close your eyes and think of something or someone (the latter works best) you are deeply grateful to have in your life. Thoughts that generate emotion are the thoughts were we can clearly notice our “shift” in energy.

Research has determined we experience on average 50,000 to 60,000 thoughts per day, and most of them have very little or no noticeable effect on our emotional energy. However, when someone cuts you off in traffic, “butts” in front of you in line at the grocery store when you are in a hurry or your child comes home from school crying because he was bullied on the school bus, you can feel your energy plummet. Energy filled events generate an instant emotional energy in us that we can feel as either ascending or descending. Watching your son score his first goal in soccer or ride his bike without training wheels for the first time, receiving an out of the blue compliment from your spouse or a phone call from an old friend are events that instantly cause our energy to soar. In this state of ascending energy, inspired thoughts start to flow that are derived from our higher positive energy and tend to lead to actions that create more events that trigger more positive energy. This creates momentum and an upward spiral in over wellbeing and happiness.

Certainly the same applies to descending energy like in the examples above. A downward spiral of descending energy will tend to create more undesirable negative energy filled events and situations.

Why Kids and Teens are Naturals

The young brain is very much “under construction” and the frontal lobes, responsible for reasoning and logical choice making, is far from fully developed. Adolescents use the first area to develop and the most primal area of the brain, the amygala which is the emotion center of the brain to interpret the same information that an adult uses a different part of their brain to process. Kids and teens don’t interpret information in the same way adults do, but they can clearly identify with feelings, both positive and negative feelings. The young brain also falls within a “window of opportunity” to learn more quickly and with greater ease than ever in their lives. When we teach our kids, or give them the resources to learn about it on their own, they understand how the emotions they feel generate energy they can also feel, and that energy is either going up or down. That is why when we feel depressed we feel a lack of energy to do things whereas when we feel great we seem to have the energy to do more things. The energy they feel is also connected to the same energy force in everything, and everyone. Like when they can feel a positive and negative when they walk into a room filled with people, we can sense the energy in the room.

We Can Help Raise Our Kid’s Energy

Our kids and teenagers have huge energy, and parents can feel it and see it in their body language and behavior. We can see when their energy is ascending and clearly see when it is descending. We can help turn it upward when we can see they might need some help in doing so. Sometime starting a conversation with your child or teenager can be a challenge when their energy is descending because they may feel they are being lectured. It is in our actions and not so much our words that will cause others energy to begin to ascend.

Here are 10 quick tips to help our kids increase their positive energy:

• Ask them to invite a friend over for dinner.
• When they make a mistake in judgment or a poor choice, tell them you love them and that together you will get through it, and that you have made plenty yourself (share a real story from your past)
• Be thankful to your child or teenager. Let them know how much they are appreciated.
• Notice their inner strengths and remind them of times they displayed them.
• Ask for their opinion on family issues. Involve them in family decisions.
• Be optimistic. Optimism is contagious and is a learned trait. The more we model optimism in front of our kids the easier they will pick up on it.
• Have some laughs! Tell some jokes or funny things that have happened at breakfast. Laughter is one of the best ways to turn descending energy around and a great way to start their day.
• Talk about feelings and emotions. Let them know that they have to feel the emotions they feel, good and bad and it is part of being human, but we all have the ability to change our thoughts to feel better and you are there to help them through it.
• Let them know how proud you are of them, and how grateful you are to be their parents.
• Increase your own emotional energy level.

Try to recall your own life as a child or when you were a teenager. You will be more prone to empathize with what they might be going through. Let your kids and teens know that you were a teenager once too and you are here to help them when they need it and want it. Regardless of what happens in their life let them know you love them unconditionally and will always be there for them.

Do Thoughts Create Reality?

Author: DavidUrma

From the beginning of time, those who have dared to move past the mere appearance of things and sought to understand what lies beyond the horizon of life have come to one conclusion – we become what we think about.

What is very striking is the unanimity with which this conclusion has been reached by the many people who have made great contributions to this world. From the titans in commerce and industry, prodigies in the field of sports, scholars in psychology, philosophy and theological studies all the way to the great leaders who have ever walked the face of the earth from the beginning of time; all attest to the proclamation: “we become what we think about.”

Yet from time to time, you come across people who question the legitimacy of this conclusion. For many these are genuine questions they ask and therefore seek genuine answers. Most of these questions are prompted by incongruence observed in their own lives and the lives of many others. I write this article to these searching souls; there is hope for every man and woman who genuinely wants to find truth. For those bent on cynicism and ego centered arguments, not even this article will help you. I am incapable of convincing you otherwise.

Do thoughts really create our reality? Do we become what we think about? Are we responsible for what we become in life by virtue of the thoughts we choose and the perspective with which we view life? If so what logical explanation can we give to satisfy the limitations that we see in our lives and the lives of others in as far as manifesting our desires is concerned?

Thoughts do really create our reality. The reality we see is nothing but our concept of this reality. You see, perception is creation; the mind creates the very thing that it perceives; no wonder it becomes very difficult to convince anyone on the conclusions that have been made about the mind. Because perception is creation, one can find evidence for just about anything they believe to be true. The mind is a double edged sword with the capacity to not only perceive truth but create illusions and as far as the perceiver is concerned, these illusions are taken to be truth and reality.

As beauty is in the eyes of the beholder, the true nature of reality is in the mind of the perceiver of life. What you think about life is what life is as far as you are concerned. The meaning of life to you is the meaning you attach to life right now. You don’t get anything beyond what you think of life; you don’t get anything less. You get exactly what you honestly think life is. What you perceive you create.

To put it more crudely, we are all living in an “illusion” of some sorts. The experience of life for each one of us is the illusion we have created for ourselves. It is not a question of whether you are living in an illusion or not; we are all in an illusion. The greater question is about the kind of illusion you are living in; is it limiting or empowering you?

It is very difficult, if not impossible to convince anyone about the meaning of life and the workings of the mind. For all I know to be true about life and the workings of the mind, no one really convinced me; it just dawned on me. I therefore, run away from the trap of trying to convince anyone about life and how the mind works; I am not capable of convincing anyone unless that other person is convinced himself. We should only seek to find witnesses in other people, not convicts.

The working of the mind is truly marvelous. The mind will give you evidence for anything you focus on. Some of your thoughts about life are so deep rooted that they have become “unconscious thoughts” otherwise known as your habits or personal conditioning. These are the thoughts running and coloring your life. You will always operate within the limits of what you “know for certain”; for good or for ill. By the way, what you honestly believe may be different from what you profess, wish or even consciously think about. It is what you honestly believe that gives you evidence for anything you believe.

Reality cannot be accurately perceived from outside one’s own perspective; and because your perspective is your own, I cannot accurately perceive your reality just like you cannot perceive mine. What I think is your reality is just my perspective of your reality; it is therefore my reality and not yours. This is the reason why we ought to “Judge Not”. Every time we judge another person, we judge our self because it is not that person’s reality we perceive and judge; it is our own perception of that reality and therefore our reality; hence judging ourselves.

Your reality therefore is your perception. It all comes back to the old truth – your thoughts about reality create reality and this can be a life where all things are possible or one where nothing is possible. Either way you will get the evidence to support what you honestly believe.

Do you sometimes feel like your emotions are getting in the way of your success and happiness? Do you find yourself feeling bogged down by negativity, anger or resentment? Are your fears keeping you from doing things that you might like to try? If so, here are some keys to changing these patterns and being much happier in your life.

Several folks have told me this week that they woke up feeling awful or anxious or something else negative. And that it was downhill from there for the rest of the day. Not that unusual a conversation starter in my line of work as a therapist. And then I had a day like that myself…first time in a long time.

By 10AM I was well mired in doom and gloom, and then by 10:15 asked myself what was up with this? Several things occurred to me. Asking that question pushed me into Observer Mode rather than Reactor Mode. One thing was for sure: I was in the midst of doing some stinkin’ thinkin’ which was responsible for my glum mood and low energy.

This is how it works; it’s a big chain reaction in which one event gives rise to the next, and on and on, over and over again throughout the day. Or a few minutes if we are paying attention and intercede. Or a week, month, year or lifetime if we don’t.

- The Trigger Event is something that occurs outside of us; something that we generally have no control over.

- The Trigger Event in turn brings up a Thought. There are times when an emotion is instantly triggered, but it’s usually a thought.

- Emotion is then shaped by the thought. And these two factors, thought and emotion can go back and forth either strengthening the emotion or bringing up different emotions.

- Behavior comes next. We choose a behavior and this is the point where we have all the choice in the world, as well as the responsibility for whatever we do.

- Consequence is the last link in the chain. There is always some kind of consequence to the behavior that we do, and while we may predict it, the full consequence is out of our hands or control.

Here is an example of how this chain works. Robert is getting ready for work and half watching and listening to a morning television show while he dresses. He hears some bad news about the national economy (Trigger Event). His immediate thought is something like, “Things are just getting worse everywhere! What’s the use?” (Thought). This in turn evokes feelings of fear and helplessness (Emotion). He goes on for awhile thinking more along these lines until his emotions are amplified. By now he is taking this personally and wondering when his own job might be terminated, probably without notice. When his wife comes into the room to ask about when she should ask for time off the vacation they have planned, he curtly replies that she should forgot about a vacation this year; they can’t afford it! (Behavior). His bewildered wife asks why on earth he is saying this since they have saved for the vacation, and all their expenses are already covered. An argument ensues and as they both drive off to work, they both feel angry and frustrated. (Consequence).

If you were to ask Robert what was wrong, he would likely tell you about the news event, how it “made him feel” and go on a rant about how bad things are and how he wouldn’t be at all surprised if his employer would lay him off at any time. As he sees it the bad news is responsible for his bad mood and it doesn’t help that his wife “just doesn’t get it.” Her head is obviously stuck in the sand or she would be ready to cancel their vacation too because it is a frivolous waste of money, in light of how bad things are.

If Robert were aware of his own thought-emotion chain, he could see that he is reacting to the news story and that he has other options. There are no doubt many other people who saw the same news story and had very different reactions to it. It isn’t the trigger event itself that causes Robert’s misery; it is his thoughts about it that are responsible. If he becomes aware and challenges his thoughts, beliefs and assumptions, it is possible to have a perfectly fine day, be in a good mood and continue planning the vacation with his wife.

When you hear yourself make comments such as, “You make me really mad!” or “You make me really happy!” or “So-and-so is driving me crazy!” or “Such and such made me worry all day,” pay attention because you have just zipped down the Trigger Event-Thought-Emotion-Behavior-Consequence chain of events.

The truth is that no one and nothing can “make” you feel anything. Each of us is responsible for the emotions we feel and what we do with them. If the responsibility seems daunting, when you challenge yourself to pay attention and change them, you will feel much more empowered. And isn’t that what we are going for?

When the Chain is thoroughly entrenched you may discover that you learned the pattern of beliefs to emotions from your family, your teachers or even from watching television. Perhaps you have had years of practice, so the process is automatic and well engrained. This is when learning and using EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique makes all the difference. Also known as Meridian Tapping, you will be able to clarify your thoughts and using acupuncture points, tap with your fingers to release the emotions that are blocking you.

Autosuggestion techniques are commonly used in psychotherapy and in alternative medicine to promote self healing, self empowerment and as a self-esteem booster.

Autosuggestion is a process wherein the subconscious mind processes repetitive thought patterns or beliefs. Using this technique enables people to become fixated or attached on a certain belief, idea, opinion or an action that is thoroughly repeated and given emphasis while saying strong, positive statements.

The power of autosuggestion is limitless. You may need to discover it for yourself to experience its true value, meaning and worth.

All you need is to design and create your own autosuggestion statements that will make you feel good about yourself so you’re more likely to become motivated and determined in times of a very stressful situation.

Auto suggestions, also known as positive affirmations, can bring many advantages and benefits when used effectively. Below are some key points to remember on how you can utilize the power of auto suggestions effectively.

Determine your purpose and set targeted goals.

Whenever you feel that the world has become a heavy burden and everything seems impossible to manage, doing positive affirmations will help relieve these negative thoughts.

All you need is to determine the root cause of this feeling and then set up targeted goals. These goals will help you plan and create a good script that you can use while doing positive affirmations to yourself.

Ask yourself what you need to affirm about.

Determining the root cause of your problems and negative emotions involves questioning yourself. Ask questions like “Why do I feel these emotions?”, “What is the reason behind my hopelessness?” or “Why do this negative thoughts keep on distracting me?”

Also, doing autosuggestion or self suggestion can help you determine your own strengths and weaknesses. You can simply sit down, contemplate and ask questions to yourself on what areas in your life you need to improve upon.

You can simply write them all down on a piece of paper to serve as your guide and then reference them when creating your own script or statements.

Create and design your own affirmation scripts.

Carefully analyzing the piece of paper you’ve written your questions on will help you determine what areas in your life you need to focus your attention on. You can now create your own strong, feel good statements that will help you feel confident, happy and positive about yourself.

As an example, if you feel that you are not lovable and people don’t like you, device a script that can eliminate all these negative notions about yourself. You can say things like “I love and accept myself no matter what they say.”

Read your scripts out loud.

Feeling good about your own self may require a sense of positivity, determination and confidence.

After designing and creating your feel good statements, you can read them out loud over and over again. Having to repeat these statements several times will enable these thoughts and emotions to enter into your subconscious mind.

This will help your subconscious mind to drive away limiting beliefs, negative emotions and thoughts that come along with your weaknesses. You’ll probably notice how you feel much better about yourself almost instantly.

Autosuggestion techniques or positive affirmations help you overcome the feeling of resistance, inner blocks and negativity that keep you away from becoming successful or happy. Saying good things about yourself everyday will give you confidence to face each challenge every day with a positive attitude.

Hidden inner beliefs are perceptions that you have developed about yourself and may have been programmed into your brain since you were a child. They come from your experiences, family, friends, school, society, television, books, etc.

We form inner beliefs because they simplify our lives. If you get burned by touching a hot stove, the next time the stove is hot you’ll think long and hard before touching it because you believe there’s a good chance you’ll get burned again. This is an example of a positive belief that simplifies your life and protects you. The problem is not all inner beliefs are positive.

For example, if you are hurt in a relationship you may come to believe that you cannot trust any man/woman not to betray you; this negative inner belief will prevent you from developing healthy relationships and can leave you feeling bitter.

In order to break free from this self-limiting cycle we have to learn to change our negative beliefs to positive ones. As long as you believe that you cannot accomplish something, you are pretty much guaranteeing you won’t accomplish it. The good news is limiting inner beliefs can be changed.

Uncovering your limiting beliefs.

To uncover your negative beliefs you have to learn to pay attention to your daily thoughts so that if you find yourself feeling particularly negative about something, you can begin exploring your feelings and attitudes.

Some common limiting beliefs:

    I’m not good enough.
I’m not ready.
I’m not experienced enough.
I tried time management before and failed, I probably will this time to.
Organizing my time will eliminate spontaneity and prevent me from being creative or having any flexibility with my time.
No one can do the work as well as I do because no one will care as much.
I can’t do X because there are so many people who do it better than I do.
I don’t have the right equipment/
The economy sucks so why even try.
I’m too busy just surviving to take the time to decide on priorities or worry about goals.
I’m too tall (short, thin, fat, etc.)
I have to wait until I am sure that this will work/that this is the right choice.

These kinds of beliefs silently but very effectively trip you up and then you wonder why you can never seem to get ahead. The good news is by identifying your hidden negative beliefs, you can learn to reframe them so that they work for you instead of against you.

Overcoming your limiting beliefs.

A lot has been writing about using affirmations and positive self-talk to overcome limiting beliefs and if you have found that those types of activities have worked for you in the past, then they should work to help you remove limiting beliefs once you’ve identified them.

Another method of handling limiting beliefs is to prove them wrong. For example let’s say you have a limiting belief that delegating will only cause problems because no one would ever do as good a job as you do. If your time is important enough to you, once you identify this stumbling block you’ll set out to learn how to delegate in the most effective way possible.

The more you prove the limiting belief wrong, the weaker it becomes, until it eventually fades away and has no power over you. Remember you have the freedom to choose the way you want to live and you can choose to have only empowering beliefs.

Here is a ‘to the point’ article
That shares the basic mindset we need to effect change in our lives

Self development starts within us
Go within-connect with your source self/Higher self/Christ Mind
It matters not what we call ‘it’ Just that we use ‘it’ to its fullest
We really are much much more than these physical vessels

Thoughts + Emotions = physical reality plus

Namaste’

The place within me where we are one

Honors the place within you where we are one

Unity Consciousness is the way
————-Article Starts Below———-

Sure, we can hope that things change the way we exactly want them through outside influences acting on us, but, there is very little chance that will happen. Controlling ourselves is the only real control we have over life. Especially when all else fails. The first day of the rest of our objective existence starts now, and what we do with it is our subjective choice. Sure, we can get help, but, that is it, we have to get help, not wait for it to come perfectly like we want it. What I mean is that if the circumstances are not there, make the circumstances we want to be there.

Exploitation and manipulation in a positive sense are genuinely all right. But they are not all right in a negatively forceful or irrationally aggressive sense. Because I am talking here in a motivating way about taking initiative and making your life what you want it to be. Reality will not shape itself for us perfectly by chance, we must work and work smart.

People outside of ourselves cannot really solve our problems, we must read our own minds and situations accurately to solve our problems. Sure, this is another article about having patience, understanding and tolerance in life to solve problems and invent solutions well and it is. But, with this addition: I really do want you to do your own thinking if you can fully understand these words, because you are more potent and powerful than you think. Indeed, it does not come down to betting on the wrong horse, it comes down to working with yourself right, however that is in reality. All real control comes down to believing in ourselves. If it did not, the sports heroes, the movie idols, and all of the other useless outer heroes would really have all the answers ready and made especially for us and we really would not have to do anything. Everything would live up to our expectations without our genuine efforts, and all these outer forces we give our power to would have solved every problem. It does not work that way. Without matter to what we do or what happens outside, it all comes down to us and what we use from within ourselves.

So, go on exploit yourself positively, manipulate yourself the way you need to, because, in reality you are your own solution if you want things perfectly to come out the way you want them. The luck of the draw is only good when you act to make it good. Good luck is a foolish paradise when it is not considered preparation meeting opportunity to act on your own beneficial behalf.

You long for credibility, both in the world and within yourself.

So much is said and taught today that delivers an agenda that is not true. Often political commercials seem to say one thing but mean another. The facts are so often twisted, it seems, that it is hard to know what to believe.

Rhetoric abounds, in my view, that deforms the actual situation.

Who to believe?

What to believe?

That’s it. I believe there are two types of credibility. One, of course, is what is to be found in the world at large. Outside of mathematics and hard science, what can be believed?

I don’t know. But you can have faith in math and science when they are clearly as free of opinionated taint as possible. Beyond the function of addition, subtraction, simple division, simple multiplication, I do not understand much. So I rely upon those who claim they do understand.

Can I still be deceived by charlatans? Yes. Which leads me back to the question of whether I can trust at all.

The only place I feel I can trust is within myself. Don’t get me wrong. I can be self-deceptive as well. I have fooled myself more than I care to share. Embarrassing.

But at the very least I try to be clear and honest with myself. Much more than can be said in general.

So, if you wish to have inner credibility, believability within yourself, how do you go about it?

Here’s what I have found.

There is a Superconsciousness in the Universe. This idea is supported by some mathematicians – quantum physics. (I realize that physicists and mathematicians are not necessarily one and the same. Quantum physics, however, does rely heavily on math.)

I am also conscious. I believe we can be in contact with that Superconsciousness. You can name that Consciousness anything you wish. Or nothing at all.

I also believe that when I make real and lasting connection with this Superconsciousness, I have found the meaning of my life, which is to be happy.

I believe happiness is the meaning of your life as well. And that is where the credibility comes in. Whatever truly increases or reinforces your interior happiness, is credible.

Whatever would destroy or separate you from happiness and meaning is incredible.

Can you still be deceived? Yes, unfortunately. But as you keep that connection with the Superconsciousness alive and well within you, you will be lead inexorably to greater and greater credibility.

Self-deception will eventually be worn away. This is credible: seek the truth and it will set you free. You will be free of self-deception and illusion.

When in the company of the Truth, of Credibility, the Superconsciousness, you cannot help but be on your journey to full and complete credibility. Why? Because there is no deceit in the Superconsciousness.

Why? Because the Superconsciousness has no need for deceit. It is complete in Itself. As you connect with and keep foremost in your spirit this Superconsciousness, you will be molding yourself into Its image. You are becoming complete within yourself, credible within yourself.

Find the Superconsciousness beginning today. Make a real and lasting link between yourself and that Consciousness. You will find happiness, meaning and credibility.

Individually, they are invisible to the naked eye so it’s difficult to look at my hand and comprehend that every single part of my body is made up of atoms. Even though it may not seem possible, those atoms are in constant motion-a cloud of moving electrons around a nucleus that consists of protons and neutrons. They can bind together to form molecules and on and on to become something visible to all of us: a rock, a mountain stream, clouds, etc.

Alright, enough of that. We can talk about quantum theory some other time—not. The point is everything is made up of tiny particles of energy that are in constant motion (unless you’re on the expressway behind somebody that just will not…)

Even our thoughts are a form of energy. What I want to talk about is how we think and the effect of those thoughts on our daily lives. Our emotions are thoughts that have a huge effect on our energy level. Tune in to your thoughts and feelings right now as you read this. Probably low key, not agitated or feeling strongly one way or another. Your body is probably not feeling any major effect of your thoughts and you may be calm and relaxed.

But, what happens when you became angry or agitated for some reason? Your thoughts may subconsciously change into a fight or flight mode, blood pressure and heart rate increase, you may even perspire more. All because of a change in your thoughts. That’s negative energy and the more often a person stays in a negative frame of mind the more the body can experience adverse symptoms-illness and overall poor health. And that negative energy will have negative effects on those around you.

Ideally, we want to avoid as much negative reaction as we can even though we may not avoid negative situations completely. Learn to react to negative stressful situations differently and you will have a more positive life experience and better health.

Positive thoughts generate positive energy and will have a positive effect on your health, your life, and the lives of everyone you come into contact with. We can generate positive thoughts through practice. Daily practice. Whether you call it prayer or meditation the desired result should be the same. Talk to God. Talk to yourself. Reflect on the positive things in your life. Be grateful for all the little things that are normally taken for granted. Be grateful for all the opportunities we are given to have a positive impact on the lives of others. Do that and see how your life will change for the better. Generate positive thought energy and you will see how that actually changes your life and how more positive those around you will become. Lead by example and we can change the world for the better.

We are the sum total of all of our thoughts up to this point in our life. Change your thought energy and change your life.

Energy doesn’t die, it only transforms. That has some remarkable implications if you think about it. The energy contained within our body doesn’t die when the physical body dies. It only transforms into another form of energy scientists believe. What form of energy is that you ask? That’s a topic for another article.

It’s not that long ago that if I was to have told people that God was talking to me, and I was having conversations with Angels and Spirits, that I would have been condemned a Heretic, and burned at the stake. My wife would have been charged with Witchcraft and burned also.

I’m Glenn Harrison. I was born and raised in Sheffield in the County of Yorkshire in England, UK. My family were far removed from the spiritual and religious faiths, so I grew up to become a confirmed atheist. In fact, my logical, cynical mind grew to detest religion and detest hearing the words Jesus and God, used out of other people’s closed doors.

I grew to detest singing hymns at school; and cringed as I got married at the age of 22 in a ‘Church of England’ Christian church, listening to the Vicar’s speech. I was only doing it to appease my wife to be.

I had no belief in God, angels or spirits. As far as I was concerned, you were born; sh*t happened; and then you died. Circle of life. Candle’s out. Worm fodder.

Ironically, the records will show that I’m a Christian, baptized in The Church of England. Back in the 1950′s; and I guess even today to a certain extent; it was traditional to baptize a child if you were British; even if you didn’t actively practice being Christian. It was programmed into the masses: Have a child and throw a party so that everyone in the family can see the child. Might as well make it happen in a church; it’s free. Don’t really have to be religious. But it’s the done thing; isn’t it? Plus we can all get dressed up in our ‘Sunday best’ and it’s a good excuse for the blokes to get to the pub. You get your photo taken too.

Yet no-one seemed to care whether or not the child would want to be baptized. It’s way too late, when so much time has passed, and they are old enough to choose; they’re already baptized. I’d scoff at spiritualists, church sermons, prayer, ‘Born again Christians’, grace at meal times; and anyone who was thankful to ‘The Lord’. I was bitter in my youth and walked around with a big chip on my shoulder, feeling that life owed me something.

In 1995 the God Channel appeared on satellite T.V. Talk about laugh when I saw it. I’d watch it from time-to-time because there were some good motivational speakers on the channel. I was launching my speaking career; and although I wasn’t happy with the content of their speeches, watching some of the speakers gave me some speaking tips. I’d no idea how this program me would come back to haunt me later, with a different agenda. Not for what the speakers were preaching; but for how passionate they could be about a subject which was misleading so many people.

You see; I was the typecast non-believer. I didn’t believe in God, Jesus, the Bible or spiritualism in any way. We ignorant macho males in Western society, who have no belief system, seem to blurt out the same word for our feelings about spirituality: “Boll***s!” The number of times I’ve heard that response from men when you talk (in particular) about spiritualism. And that was me; for years.

That is; until I was with Jill in 1997 at the age of 43. We met in 1994. I was just about to hit 40 and Jill was 29. She waited three years before she dropped the bombshell on me that she was psychic. She told me she didn’t want me to know at first in case it frightened me away from her.

Something freaky happened in 1997. We were driving on a motorway, from the South, back North to our home, when she drew breath sharply and sat up in the car, bracing herself with her hands on the sides of her seat; pushing her head back against the head restraint; as though we were about to hit something with the car, and have a serious accident. I swerved at high speed with the shock, thinking that I’d not seen something ahead of us that we were about to crash into, or run over. We were doing about 85 mph at the time. But there was nothing there.

I had a major adrenalin rush. “Why did you ‘do’ that?” I shouted, “What did you see?” “Nothing!” she said, with a dismissive, yet fearful voice. I asked her a number of times, but she repeatedly told me it was nothing. One of my strengths and often a weakness, is that I don’t let go.

I persisted with her until she finally, sheepishly, blurted it out that she’d seen a spirit. A monk, stood in the middle of the motorway; and we ran straight through him. She admitted to me for the first time that she was psychic. She sees dead people! And that’s when it all started. My life took on a paradigm shift of massive proportion over the next few years; and at that moment, I had no idea of what was to come, and what spirit had in store for me. And if someone had told me; I’d have just laughed at them. A smirk appeared on my face, but I was curious.

Jill told me of her gift from birth; which she’d suppressed for many years, because of the ridicule and trouble that it brought. But then went on to tell me that at times she had no control over it. She described the monk, with no visible face. Then it happened on two more occasions over the next few miles.

The following morning, we looked at a road map. And guess what? The section of the motorway we were on at the time Jill saw the monks, had an ancient Monastery ruin at the side of the motorway. Now I wouldn’t say that this freaked me out; but it was an eerie coincidence. At the time, we were living in a house that had been built, only about 6 years earlier, on land purchased from a church. It was the far end of the church graveyard. The church was 15th century, standing 100 yards from our house. The nearest graves were only about 30 yards away.

As time went by, many spirits would appear in our home. Jill would describe them in the finest detail. The vast majority were friendly; but some were evil. Having a great thirst for knowledge, and having known Jill for 3 years, it was difficult to ignore this intelligent, rational, focused woman, when she told me about the after-life. I guess at first I just played along with it, so as not to offend her; but she never rammed it down my throat, and as time went by, there was less and less that I could find fault with.

There was one particular spirit that we called ‘Smokey Joe’. You knew he’d been around because of the smell of cigarette smoke; which ‘I’ could smell too. Jill explained that she was a little like a telephone. She couldn’t ring out (YET), but they could ring in. And the more people she allowed to ring in, the more that spirits would queue up to talk to her; until finally she’d have to blank them out and tell them to go away.

As time went by, she started to earn some extra income by doing psychic readings. Little did I know where this was going to lead. I though I was comfortable in my personal belief system about our planet, but that was about to explode in my face. As time went by, she grew stronger with her gift. To the extent that I sensed there was more to what she’d admit to.

It’s now August 2010 and my life has been overwhelming. From atheist and non-believer, to spiritualist, I’ve now witnessed the trance-channelling of over 50 different Archangels, Ascended Masters and Light-Beings, such as Pleiadians, Arcturians, Lemurians and Sirians. I am being taught healing techniques and how to live a more spiritual life.

So, enough about me; what’s in it for you? There is an awakening happening. More people are awakening to spirituality, and as we approach 2012, this will increase, and since you have been drawn to this article, it’s highly likely that you will be one of them. If you want to accelerate the process, you need to meditate. Meditation is the key to connection to spirit. When you meditate, you access the universal life-force energy. Don’t expect to connect straight away. When you learned to walk, it took time. For most of us, connection to spirit is a re-learning process that can take months, but you will get there eventually.
